All Venn wheels come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship upon product registration. This covers manufacturing defects and structural issues not caused by impact or misuse. Register your wheels within 30 days of purchase to activate the full warranty coverage.

Our filament winding technology creates exceptionally strong and durable rim structures. Our wheels are rigorously tested and suitable for rider weights up to 120kg (264lbs) while maintaining superior ride quality and durability. This applies to all our road and gravel wheel models.

Venn wheels are designed for optimal performance with specific tire ranges: • Road Models (e.g., Venn 360C, 470C, 590C): Optimized for 25mm to 32mm tires. The internal rim width (typically 21-23mm) provides excellent support for modern road tire volumes. • Gravel Model (e.g., Venn 400C): Supports a wider range, typically 35mm to 50mm tires, suitable for varied terrain. The internal rim width (often 25mm) ensures stability for larger gravel tires. All Venn wheels are tubeless-ready (ETRTO compliant) and compatible with both tubeless tires (recommended) and traditional clincher tires with tubes.

We offer compatibility with major drivetrain standards. All Venn wheels are available with the following freehub body options: • Shimano HG 11/12-speed (Standard) • SRAM XDR • Campagnolo N3W (13-speed) Please specify your required freehub body when placing your order or contact support if you need to change it later.

To make tubeless setup easy, all Venn wheelsets ship with: • Factory-installed tubeless rim tape. • A pair of high-quality tubeless valves matched to the rim depth. • We recommend using a quality tubeless sealant (not included) for the best experience.

Venn wheels are designed for durability, but regular maintenance ensures longevity and performance: • Cleaning: Clean rims and hubs regularly with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or high-pressure washers directly on hub bearings. • Hub Service: We recommend a professional hub service annually or every 5,000 km (3,000 miles) to clean and re-grease bearings. • Spoke Tension: While our filament winding process ensures stable builds, have spoke tension checked periodically, especially after hard impacts. • Tubeless Sealant: Refresh tubeless sealant every 3-6 months, depending on climate and sealant type. • Rim Tape: Inspect tubeless tape when changing tires and replace if damaged or peeling.

We take great care in packaging your wheels to ensure they arrive safely: • Custom protective wheel bags for each wheel. • Robust axle protectors and hub spacers to prevent damage during transit. • Securely packed within a sturdy, double-walled shipping box. All shipments are fully insured and include tracking information, sent to you upon dispatch.
