Filament winding
Patented, computer-controlled winding lays 1k tape, 1,000 fibers each, exactly where the laminate design demands.
Precision molding
A PLC controlled molding process using high tolerance molds with a specially treated surface, prepared in a clean room environment to eliminate surface and layup imperfections.
Inspection & QC
Six checkpoints from material batch to finished rim, with laser layup verification and X-ray batch testing.
Wheel building
Automated lacing with tension monitoring, then a three-stage truing process by expert wheel builders.
