By purchasing, you agree that the unlawful reversal of funds via a chargeback while retaining physical merchandise constitutes civil conversion and commercial fraud. Any such attempts will result in the immediate referral of your debt to a third-party collections agency for hostile placement on your national credit file. Furthermore, Helix Engineering LLC will pursue maximum allowable damages via civil litigation in your local jurisdiction and will forward your physical and digital evidentiary file to your national cybercrime and fraud prevention authorities.

These Terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim you bring against us must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, and you submit to their jurisdiction; we may bring proceedings to recover amounts owed to us in the courts of your place of residence. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
