You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address. If we ask you to confirm your address before dispatch, the address you confirm is final. Once a parcel is dispatched, the carrier deals with you as the recipient. Any costs that arise from an incorrect or incomplete address are yours, including redirection, storage, return to sender, re-delivery, a new shipment, and any duties or taxes charged again.

Made-to-order products ship within the lead time stated on the product page, counted from payment. If we cannot ship within that time, we will tell you before it ends, with a revised shipping date where we have one, and you may choose to wait or to cancel the order for a full refund, paid within seven working days, or credited within one billing cycle for card payments. Apart from this, custom and made-to-order products cannot be changed or cancelled once ordered. Our lead times depend on factories and shipping lanes we do not control; events such as war or armed conflict, whether declared or not, sanctions, blockades, closures of ports or airspace, carrier suspensions, epidemics, government action, and failures or delays at our factories and suppliers extend them, and we will tell you when such an event affects your order. Once a parcel has shipped, delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control are not ours.

Venn rims come with a 5-year limited warranty, and complete wheelsets with a 2-year limited warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty is subject to:

In no event shall VennWheels or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

By purchasing, you agree that the unlawful reversal of funds via a chargeback while retaining physical merchandise constitutes civil conversion and commercial fraud. Any such attempts will result in the immediate referral of your debt to a third-party collections agency for hostile placement on your national credit file. Furthermore, Helix Engineering LLC will pursue maximum allowable damages via civil litigation in your local jurisdiction and will forward your physical and digital evidentiary file to your national cybercrime and fraud prevention authorities.

These Terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim you bring against us must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, and you submit to their jurisdiction; we may bring proceedings to recover amounts owed to us in the courts of your place of residence. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and any claim must be brought within one year after it arises. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be excluded.
