Understand the Venn Wheels warranty policy, coverage details, and how to make a claim for your carbon fiber wheels.
Our Commitment to Quality
Coverage Duration
Rims: 5 years from the date of original purchase, including a rim that cracks in normal riding once built into a wheel. Complete wheelset, including Venn Helix-01 hubs and the hubs we supply: 2 years. Hubs branded by another maker, such as DT Swiss, carry that maker's own warranty. Spokes: spares come with every wheelset, and a broken spoke is replaced from them. No registration is required for purchases made on vennwheels.com: your warranty is active automatically. Cover applies to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
Covered Defects
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions: structural problems of the rim (5 years), and of the hub and wheel build (2 years), not caused by impact, misuse or normal wear.
Exclusions
Cover does not apply to: normal wear (brake-track wear on rim-brake models, decals); bearings, which wear with use and depend on regular maintenance; spokes, which are replaced from the spares supplied; accident, crash, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the assembly and use instructions; damage at clamping areas from over-torquing (always use a correctly calibrated torque tool); incorrect tire inflation or improper tire fitting and removal; use of non-approved brake pads or heat damage to the braking surface; incorrect spoke tension; lack of regular wheel and hub maintenance; and cosmetic issues that do not affect performance.
Claim Process
Contact Venn directly for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Provide proof of purchase from our online store, your wheel serial number, and clear photos of the issue. We will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion at no charge; transportation to and from Venn is the purchaser's responsibility. Repairs or replacement parts sourced outside Venn void cover for any resulting damage.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warranties are factory-backed; should a contracted manufacturer cease trading, we may substitute an equivalent part where practical.

Carbon Care
A crash should not cost you a whole wheelset. If you damage a Venn wheel in a crash within 5 years of buying it, Carbon Care replaces the damaged wheel at 40% off its list price (the recommended retail price, not the price you paid).
Covers accidental crash and impact damage. Manufacturing defects are separate and are always repaired or replaced free under the warranty.
40% off the list price (recommended retail price) of the damaged wheel, front or rear, not off the price you paid. If both are damaged, the discount applies to the full wheelset.
Available to the original owner for 5 years from the purchase date.
To claim, send proof of purchase and photos of the damage. One claim per incident.
Non-transferable.
