Every set of Venn Wheels comes with our comprehensive 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, reflecting our confidence in the engineering excellence and manufacturing precision behind every wheel we produce.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in the rim or hub.
- Material failures under normal riding conditions.
- Structural integrity issues not caused by impact or misuse.
- Carbon layup irregularities affecting performance.
- Hub assembly defects (excluding normal bearing wear).
Note: Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear (e.g., brake track wear, bearings after expected lifespan).
