Our Commitment to Quality
Coverage Duration
Venn Wheels are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, activated upon product registration within 30 days.
Covered Defects
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions. This includes structural integrity issues of the rim and hub assembly not caused by impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, crashes, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, non-compliance with recommended tire pressures, normal wear and tear (e.g., brake track wear on rim brake models, bearings after expected lifespan), or cosmetic issues not affecting performance.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact the authorized dealer where you purchased your wheels or reach out to Venn Wheels support directly with your proof of purchase and wheel serial number. Detailed photos of the issue are required.
Limitation of Liability
Venn Wheels' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
