We use a small number of essential cookies and browser local storage to keep your cart and language preference working. We also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use the site, and an advertising cookie from Pinterest to measure our advertising. Where consent is required, it is set only after you accept it in the cookie banner. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Our chat runs on Cloudflare. When you write to us, we store your messages, any pictures you send, the page you wrote from, your language and time zone, the country of your connection and the email address you give us, so that we can answer you, by email if you have left the page. Pictures are stored without their location and camera data, which we remove on upload. If you ask for it, and when a conversation has ended, we email you a copy of it. Your browser keeps a conversation key (local storage) so the chat remembers your conversation; no cookie is set. Answers marked "Automatic answer" are written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from our published policies only; for that, the text of your messages is sent to Anthropic. Answers we email to you are sent through Resend. A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the chat from spam. We delete a conversation 24 months after its last message; to have yours deleted sooner, write to [email protected].

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support any warranty claim, after which it is deleted or anonymized. As we operate from the United States and use international service providers, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
