Returns & Refunds

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. After 14 days from delivery we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. We accept returns only for unused products in their original condition, as set out below; we do not offer an unconditional, no-reason right of return.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Unused: no fitting, mounting, or riding, and free of any wear or marks
Returned in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation
Items that have been installed, mounted (for example, tires fitted to rims), or ridden are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are built to order, the following are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind:

Custom wheels and rims built or configured to your specification
Sale items; only regular-priced items are eligible for refund
Gift cards

Refunds & Transaction Fees

If you return an item for a reason other than a manufacturing defect or our error (for example, change of mind or the wrong option ordered), your refund is the purchase price minus non-recoverable payment-processing fees. Payment processors charge us a fee on every order (typically 3 to 8 percent) and do not return that fee to us when we refund you. At our price points these amounts are significant, so we are unable to absorb them.

Restocking Fee

A return may be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee where the item requires significant inspection, repackaging, or cleaning before it can return to inventory. Any fee is deducted from your final refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any item valued over $50, use a trackable, insured service. We cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.

Defects & Damage on Arrival

We stand behind our engineering. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will repair or replace it. Contact us with photos and a description within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

How to Return

Please follow these steps so we can process your return quickly:

Contact us first. Do not ship anything back without approval; unauthorized returns cannot be processed
We provide the correct return address for your location
We inspect the returned item and notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any applicable shipping and processing fees, within 7 to 10 business days
