What are Venn Wheels?
Where are Venn Wheels made?
Venn designs every rim and wheel and sets how each one is made and checked. Our rims and most of our wheels are made by specialist carbon manufacturers to Venn's specifications and quality checks, and customer feedback goes straight back to the people who make them. Venn Helix-01 hubs are made in Taiwan.
What is filament winding technology?
Filament winding is an advanced automated process where continuous carbon fibers are precisely wound onto a mandrel. This allows for optimal fiber orientation, uniform stiffness, and exact resin content, resulting in superior strength and consistency compared to manual layup.

What type of carbon fiber do you use?
We use a blend of premium Toray carbon fibers, including T700S for impact resistance and T800 for high strength and stiffness. The specific blend and layup schedule are optimized for each wheel model.
Are your wheels tubeless compatible?
Yes, all Venn wheels are tubeless-ready (ETRTO compliant) and ship with tubeless tape and valves included for easy setup. We recommend using tubeless tires for optimal performance and puncture resistance.
What is the maximum tire pressure for Venn wheels?
Maximum tire pressure depends on the specific rim model and tire width. Always refer to the markings on your rim and tire. Generally, for road tubeless, pressures are lower than traditional clinchers. Do not exceed the maximum pressure indicated on either the tire or the rim.

What is your warranty policy?
Venn rims are covered for 5 years and complete wheelsets for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship. For website purchases, cover starts on the date of purchase, with no registration required. Our warranty page explains what each part covers.
Do I need to register my wheels for warranty?
No registration is needed. Your warranty is automatically active from the date of purchase when you buy directly from vennwheels.com. Your order confirmation serves as your warranty record.
